Deadline for shipping
It usually takes 2 days to send an order from our workshop.
If we have any ponctual problem of materials or if the workshop is closed for annual hollidays.
We will contact you asap.
Delivery delay
The usual delays of delivery in France are from 24 to 48h . Our transportor is DPD so depending on your country, you will recieve informations directly from their partners. The usual delay in Europe is 2/3 days and outside Europe 5 days.

You can personnalise your product with your initials.
On most of our products, we have a special oval escpecially for the branding. If not, we will right it so that it is visible but discrete.
Letters can be capital letters or small letters
separated by « – » or « . » according to your wish.

Satisfied or refunded
If the ordered products do not fulfill your wish, you can send it back to us within a delay of 8 days after reception.
You just need to advise us by email or phone.
If the products are not complete or damaged, we will not be able to take them back or exchange them.
Repairs
We take care of our products repairs, after diagnostic.
